Verify an official channel

What this check can and cannot tell you

• It can confirm that an address is on our published list of official channels.
• It cannot tell you an address is fraudulent. A result of “we cannot confirm” means only that the address is not on our list — the list may simply be incomplete.
• It cannot verify a message. Sender addresses and caller IDs can be forged, so a genuine address in a fake message is still a fake message.

We will never ask you for these

• Your password, two-factor codes, or wallet recovery phrase.
• Remote access to your device or screen.
• A transfer to a “safe”, “verification” or personal wallet address.
• A payment to release a withdrawal, unlock an account or claim a bonus.

If you are unsure about a message, do not use any contact details it contains. Reach us through a channel you have already confirmed here.
