How to tell it is not us

We will never send you a direct message first asking for money, seed phrases, passwords or your two-factor codes.
We will never ask you to move funds to a "safe" or "verification" wallet. There is no such wallet.
We do not run giveaways that require you to send crypto first.
Anyone offering to recover funds you have already lost, for a fee, is stealing from you a second time.
A token listing conversation is only ever opened by email from our own domain — never on Telegram or WhatsApp.

If you are unsure about a message, stop and check the sender on the channel verification page, or email support@btsprox.com. Nothing urgent is ever lost by taking ten minutes to confirm who you are talking to.
